--The Upgraded Version of the Chinese Economy in the New Starting Point

Abstract: In order to maintain and promote the sustained and healthy development of China's economy, there is an urgent need to build an upgraded version of the Chinese economy. This produces both current and long-term benefits and hence has extremely important practical significance and long-term social impact. Now China has a large size of economy, factors leading to adjustment in the cycle and trend of economic growth and historical conflicts are intertwined, and development environment and conditions are undergoing major changes, so we must intensify efforts to transform economic development mode, give full play to the decisive role of market in allocating resources, increase reform bonus and institutional vitality, improve the government's ability to regulate the economy and provide basic public services and lay a solid foundation for building an upgraded version of the Chinese economy.
