Abstract: The overall goal of social system reform is to achieve social fairness and justice as much as possible, maximize the vitality of social development, give full play to the role of non-government entities in social development, social construction and social management, resolve social conflicts and problems in economic and social development and promote the orderly development of society. The core issues concerning social system are how to define the relationship between government and society from the legal and cultural perspectives, how to organize various social activities, how to achieve public participation of residents and how to build social relationship based on the way residents participate in activities. In modern society, WeChat and the Internet, on which social interaction and social cognition are based, are very important to harmonious social relations, and we must pay attention to them.
